Privacy

We understand that we may have access to your personal and professional information while we work with you.
We will never discuss your files or your business with anyone else. We will never read your files other than to ascertain correctness of data.
From time to time it may be necessary to make copies of your data, we will immediately destroy any copies in our possession once they have been safely stored with you.

Financial

On site visits have a 1 hour minimum.
Email / phone support:We’re happy to answer a quick question at no charge. If it's more involved our time is billed with a 15 minute minimum or actual time, whichever is greater.
Travel time charges (one way) apply if your location is more than 10 miles from our Oakland office.
Cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice are subject to being billed for 1 hour.
Service calls beginning after 6 Pm weekdays are billed at time and a half. Service calls on weekends and holidays are billed at double time.

Other

While we try to update our support records while onsite, If the situation warrants, we may add 15 minutes of time for record keeping. This allows us to keep your particular setup and issues current for my records.
Our encrypted records often include account names and passwords. We’re happy to give you copies of this information at any time.
